Visited Jordan on a recommendation and will definitely be going back for future sessions with him. His knowledge and the manor he comes across and explains everything is fantastic. He gave me a list of exercises to do along side my treatment and I can honestly say after months of struggling I feel alot better. I would definitely recommend Jordan to friends and family. Thanks Jord really appreciate you're help

Jordan was great, really helpful on an ankle injury with exercises and sports massage on legs for playing rugby. I feel as though my legs are less tight and my speed and agility has improved since the session. I will be using Taylored Therapy moving forward for any injuries and general body check ins so I can continue playing well into my 30s.

I have persistent left shoulder / nerve pain and Jordan has worked wonders on it after 2 sessions. Really good at his craft. I would definitely recommend a visit for any ailments or niggles.

Would like to thank Jordan for my treatment session today. Jordan is very knowledgeable and gave good advice, the treatment itself eased most of the pain and discomfort. Next session already booked! Thanks Jordan
